As in-network providers for several PPO insurances, we work diligently to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Our team will assist you in filing your claim and will continue to support you throughout the process until the claim is settled. However, please note that all fees for treatments are the responsibility of the patient. To expedite the processing of claims, we submit them electronically, typically receiving responses from insurance companies within 4-6 weeks. While we strive to keep the process efficient, it’s important to remember that all benefits quoted are not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company.
For your convenience, we offer the following payment options:
Pay in Full: Pay for your treatment upfront and receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company. This method ensures the fastest reimbursement and quickest claim settlement for you, as insurance companies typically reimburse their customers faster than third parties like dental practices.
Estimated Patient Portion: Pay the estimated patient portion of the treatment and leave a credit card on file with our office to cover any remaining balance due after your insurance has paid their portion. Please note that if the insurance company has not processed the claim within 60 days, the balance becomes the responsibility of the patient. This option is available for patients with insurance contracts with us.
Third-Party Financing: Take advantage of third-party financing through Care Credit. You can apply online and have your line of credit approved before treatment, making it easier to manage your payments.
For your convenience, we accept debit and credit cards, but do not accept personal checks. Payment is due at the time service is rendered, and we will inform you of all estimated charges associated with your treatment before it begins.
